The Project
The Pa’he Homeownership project is a project of the Omaha Tribe of Nebraska. The Omaha Tribal Council requested a partnership with BEDI for continuing administration of the project. The project has constructed 4 prefabricated single-family homes for sale to income-eligible households who have been approved for a mortgage loan. BEDI will utilize the funds from the sale of the homes for future housing development. The Pahe Homes project is funded through an Indian Community Development Block Grant (ICDBG).
Pick up an application for the Pa’he homeownership project at the BEDI office, 305 Main Street Walthill, Nebraska. Also at the Tribal building in Macy (Admin Assistants).
Completed applications should be returned to the BEDI office in Walthill, NE.
